Description

Mustard seeds powder is obtained from Sinapis alba (Brassica alba), Brassica juncea and Brassica nigra. It’s been approved as Basic Substance form the Institut Technique de l’Agriculture Biologique (ITAB) and from the European Commission.

Mustard seeds powder is a yellowish or light, brownish-yellow powder, odourless, mildly pungent and acrid to the taste. It’s guaranteed a high food grade quality.

Application trials of Mustard powder show high levels of effectiveness with fungus, nematodes, cutworms, wireworms, crabgrass and other agricultural pests.

Mustard seeds powder can be used directly on soils as a substitute of methyl bromide fumigation.

It controls the proliferation of fungi as Common Bunt (Tilletia caries and Tilletia foetida) and it’s a water-dispersible powder for slurry seeds treatment applicated before sowing (one application it’s enough) from summer to autumn.

Mustard seeds powder is intended to be used as a fungicide seeds treatment: it’s recommended to mix 1,5 kg of mustard seed powder with 4,5 L of water. The slurry created is ready to treat 100 kg of seeds.
