Large red-orange mite (3-4 mm), controls the Cochineals, Aphids and larvae of Lepidoptera, especially in ornamental plants (in particular on roses).
Controlled adversities:
- Aphids
- Scale insects
- Small larvae of Lepidoptera ( Leucoptera scitella )
Its action takes place throughout the year. It winters as an adult and makes a generation a year.
The juvenile stages prey only Aphids, from the nymph stage onwards prey on various insects.
